This is my personal blog, written solely for the purpose of entertainment. I don't make any claims. I just like to express somewhat of a creative side by keeping this blog. I have changed the name of my blog several times, mainly because over time, it just didn't suit me (Jeanne's Ramblings to Lorri Jeanne to finally Hey Lorri).
I'm a quiet homebody in Virginia who needs a lot of practice writing... I'm sometimes funny (in my opinion), sometimes weird, and most often completely boring... Living the simple life with a family of three: Myself, MH, and Nellie the dog. I do like to include other family members on occasion, including all my nieces and nephews, who are still multiplying :D
My name is Lorri Jeanne, born and raised in Upstate New York and moved to Virginia in 1998. I've worked in several different fields, but mainly as a certified nursing assistant. It was something I enjoyed doing and still miss on occasion.
I started blogging in 2007, but didn't really get into it until 2009. I thought it would be interesting and would be a good way to keep track of things I have done over the years. Unfortunately, I don't seem to write much about my life, but maybe that's because nothing interesting happens.
My child is Nellie, a German Wire-Haired Pointer who has an attitude but is my very lovable and terribly spoiled baby girl.
