It is made with 92% natural crystals that do not contain oil, so it won't hurt any wicking fabric from working- like your athletic wear, children's sleepwear, and towels. You can use in both regular and HE washers and it comes in a handy bottle with it's own cap for measuring. You add the crystals in the wash cycle, so you won't ever forget to add fabric softener. I think the scents are very strong, so I use less than what it calls for on the directions. Even after running through the dryer, the scent is strong ( it is too much for me personally) and it does soften clothes very nicely- just as well as regular liquid softeners. I would like to see an unscented variety since I don't care for heavily scented laundry. I also noticed that it seems to dissolve completely and does not leave any residue in the washer.
As mentioned previously, Crystals are great to use on athletic wear, such as the Jockey Tech Terry sports bra I also received to try out. This bra is moisture-wicking so it helps to keep you cool and dry while working out. It also has a reflective logo on the back, breathable mesh panels, soft bottom band for a more comfortable fit, and a key pocket built in so you can carry your keys with you. It is made of polyester and spandex, is machine wash and dry in several sizes and two colors- black and white and retails for $28. I received an XL but could not get it on without a lot of twisting and turning. As with all sports bras I have ever used, it flattens your bust, which isn't very flattering. It has as much support as any other bra I have used. I would like to see a front/back hook to make it easier to get on and off without hurting yourself in the process. You can get a 20% off coupon for Jockey right now to try out this sports bra for yourself. Use online or at Jockey outlet stores nationwide.
