NCircle Entertainment has released one of Nick Jr.'s popular shows on DVD; Dino Dan- Dino Trackers.  It includes five stories that feature a young boy named Dino Dan (played by Jason Spevak), who goes on 'adventures' with real dinosaurs that only he can see.  Here is the package rundown for more information:

Follow the adventures of paleontologist-in-training Dan Henderson as he imagines dinosaurs into the real world! Join Dan as he plays a game of chase with his prehistoric pals, tracks down a mysterious dinosaur and learns how dinos got their names.  Dan uses the scientific method to gather clues and solve mysteries.

This video also contains an interactive bonus to play along- Are We There Yet?:  World Adventure, Dino Dan Field Guide:  Diplodocus, and Dino Fact Finder:  Stegosaurus.  The information about dinosaurs on the video is from paleontologists at Canada's Royal Tyrrell Museum of Alberta.

Dinosaurs are something that kids and adults are always interested in.  Not only were they huge and weird looking, but there are all kinds of interesting facts about them.  Some of those are:

• A Brachiosaurus could live up to one hundred years and weighs up to 80 tons
• A T-Rex could eat up to 500 pounds of meat in one bite
• A Corythosaurus dinosaur had a large protective plate on top of its head
• A Spinosaurus had bony rods on its back that held up a 'sail' made of skin
