Last year many participated in the SPAM Meal Makeover Challenge -Dish This! Recipe Exchange.  Again this year SPAM wants you to create your own tasty meals, using their product of course, and send it in for others to vote on.  What's in it for you?  The top rated recipe wins $1,000!

There will be several challenges:

• Casual gatherings- happening right now
• Weekend brunch
• Local favorites

You have from now until April 14, 2011 to submit your entries.  Here is how to enter:

• Submit an original recipe containing SPAM products to the Recipe Exchange.
• When your recipe is published, share it on Facebook and Twitter to get your friends and family to rate your recipe. Or put your recipe to the test and post it on the official Facebook page and let your fellow SPAM fans help propel your recipe to the top.
• At the end of the Meal Makeover Challenge, the top recipe will be named the winner and receive a $1,000 prize.

One of you will also WIN a SPAM Prize Pack here, which includes

• SPAM- classic, with bacon, single lite, less sodium
• Trivet
• Spatula
